I am a maxillofacial surgeon and implantologist with over 12 years of clinical experience. I specialize in implant-supported full-arch reconstructions — All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods — as well as cases requiring zygomatic and pterygoid implants, used in patients with advanced maxillary bone loss. I see patients at the Prodental clinic in Legionowo and the Dentactiv clinic in Biala Podlaska.
Education and specialization
Clinical experience
Over the course of more than 12 years of practice, I have performed over 2,000 implant procedures. A significant portion of this experience involves full-arch reconstructions with immediate prosthetic loading, bone and soft tissue regeneration, and immediate implant placement.
A particularly important part of my practice is treating patients for whom conventional implants are insufficient due to advanced maxillary bone loss. This is most often caused by long-term edentulism, prolonged use of removable dentures, previous failed implant treatments, or unfavorable anatomy — situations where the alveolar ridge bone has resorbed to a level that precludes standard treatment. In these cases, I use zygomatic and pterygoid implants, which anchor in the zygomatic bone or the pterygoid process of the sphenoid bone, bypassing the resorbed alveolar ridge. This avoids the need for extensive bone grafts and enables immediate prosthetic loading even in the most anatomically challenging situations.
International training
I continuously expand my skills through courses and training led by leading specialists in full-arch implantology. I have attended training programs in Switzerland, France, Portugal, Brazil, Greece, Hungary, and Guatemala. These programs focused primarily on All-on-X techniques, immediate loading protocols, and advanced methods involving zygomatic implants.
Exposure to different schools and clinical centers has allowed me to develop my own treatment standards, based on the best-documented protocols available in the literature and clinical practice.
Patient approach
I begin every consultation with a thorough analysis of the patient's situation — their medical and dental history, expectations, bone condition assessed on CBCT, and prosthetic options. I do not advocate for any particular solution in advance. My role is to provide an honest assessment, present realistic treatment options — including their advantages, limitations, and estimated timeline and cost — and make a decision together with the patient.
I want every patient to leave the office with a clear plan: what will be done, when, how many stages, what the risks are, and how long it will take. Uncertainty about the course of treatment is one of the main sources of stress for patients — I strive to minimize that.
Training for dental professionals
For several years, I have been providing training in full-arch implantology for dentists and surgeons. The training is available in both group format (courses with live surgery) and individually — tailored to the participant's level of experience and specific needs.
The training covers All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols, CBCT-based treatment planning, case selection, surgical techniques, and prosthetic protocols. I also deliver training in English through the Full Arch Journey platform.
