All-on-4 / All-on-6 price list — 2026
All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatment is divided into two stages: the surgical procedure with a temporary bridge and — after the healing and osseointegration period — the long-term final restoration. The prices below apply to one arch (upper or lower).
Extractions + All-on-4 / All-on-6 implants + temporary bridge
- Extraction of teeth that cannot be preserved
- Placement of implants in the All-on-4 or All-on-6 protocol
- Screw-retained temporary bridge placed the same day
- Post-operative follow-up visits during healing
Final fixed bridge on implants
After several months of healing and confirmed implant osseointegration, the final fixed restoration is delivered. Two options are available:

Instalment payments — MediRaty
Prodental clinic partners with MediRaty, a Polish medical treatment instalment system that allows patients to spread the cost over monthly payments. Available for patients with a Polish PESEL number. International patients typically pay at key treatment milestones — payment schedules are always discussed upfront during the consultation.

What affects the final price?
Every patient is different — the final quote is always determined individually after consultation and a CBCT scan. Several factors influence the final price:
Number of implants — All-on-4 (4 implants) vs All-on-6 (6 implants). More implants mean a higher cost but greater bridge stability.
Bone conditions — in cases of severe bone atrophy, zygomatic or pterygoid implants bypassing the maxillary sinus may be required. These are advanced procedures performed only in selected centres.
Number of arches — reconstruction of one arch (upper or lower) or full-mouth reconstruction of both arches.
Type of final restoration — composite bridge on titanium bar or zirconia. The choice depends on aesthetic expectations and budget.
Patient's condition — number of teeth to extract, tissue condition, general health status.
What does the treatment path look like?
1. Consultation and CBCT scan — during the first visit (30–45 minutes) Dr Sawicki assesses bone conditions, plans the treatment and presents a detailed written quote. For international patients we can schedule the consultation, CBCT scan and treatment over 2–3 visits aligned with flight arrivals.
2. Stage 1 — surgical procedure — the procedure takes 1.5–2.5 hours under effective local anaesthesia. A temporary bridge is placed the same day.
3. Healing period — several months of implant osseointegration, with periodic follow-ups. International patients can return home and attend check-ups in their own country, or schedule one intermediate visit.
4. Stage 2 — final restoration — delivery of the final fixed bridge (composite or zirconia).
Frequently asked questions about the price
How much exactly does All-on-4 cost in Poland?
Stage 1 (surgical procedure with temporary bridge) starts from PLN 28,000 per arch — approximately EUR 6,500 / GBP 5,500. Stage 2 — the long-term restoration — adds from PLN 19,000 (composite on titanium bar) or from PLN 25,000 (zirconia). In total, the full cost of one-arch treatment starts from PLN 47,000 (approximately EUR 10,900 / GBP 9,300).
How is the All-on-4 price different from All-on-6?
All-on-6 differs in the number of implants — six are placed instead of four. More implants mean a higher surgical cost but greater stability and is recommended in certain clinical situations. The exact difference is presented after bone condition assessment during consultation.

Can the cost be spread over instalments?
Yes — the Prodental clinic cooperates with MediRaty, a system of instalment financing for medical treatment. It allows the cost of the procedure to be spread over convenient monthly instalments. We discuss the details during the consultation.
Why is All-on-4 much cheaper in Poland than in the UK, Ireland or Germany?
The quality of implantological treatment in Poland is equivalent to Western Europe — the same implant systems (Straumann, Nobel Biocare, MegaGen), the same protocols, the same materials. The price difference (typically 40–60%) reflects lower operating costs of dental practices in Poland, not the quality of treatment. Many patients save tens of thousands of euros by travelling to Poland for full-arch reconstructions.
Is the price fixed, or can it change during treatment?
During the consultation you receive a written treatment plan with an unambiguous quote. The price does not change during treatment — you know exactly what you are paying for and how much. The only exceptions are situations where additional needs emerge during planning (e.g. the need for zygomatic implants) — we inform you before starting the procedure.
How much does the consultation cost?
The consultation costs PLN 200 (approximately EUR 47). If you don't have a current CBCT scan, we perform it on-site — it is essential for treatment planning, cost PLN 260 (approximately EUR 60).
Do I pay everything upfront?
No. Payment is made in stages — according to the treatment plan. During the consultation we discuss the exact payment schedule and any instalment options.
Why choose All-on-4 reconstruction in Poland?
All-on-4 is more than just a procedure — it is a quality-of-life change.
Just 4–6 implants are enough to restore an entire dental arch and leave the clinic the same day with a full set of fixed teeth.
The patient regains freedom of eating, natural facial appearance and self-confidence — while the bone resorption process that progresses with long-term denture use is halted.
Dr n. med. Paweł Sawicki is a maxillofacial surgeon and implantologist with over 12 years of clinical experience.
He specialises in full-arch All-on-X reconstructions in the most difficult cases of advanced bone loss — including patients who were turned down by other clinics — using pterygoid (wing) and zygomatic implants.
He runs his own group and individual training courses in All-on-X for dentists from all over Poland and abroad.
At Prodental, every case is handled by a close-knit team: Dr Sawicki as the operator is responsible for the surgical part and implant planning, while the prosthodontists design and deliver the final restoration. Thanks to this collaboration, the entire process — from consultation through surgery to delivery of the final bridge — takes place under one roof, without referring the patient to other centres.
Before treatment begins, we design the new smile together with the patient — setting the shape, proportions and colour of the teeth so the final result matches the facial features and expectations of the patient. Every treatment is digitally planned based on the CBCT scan, which allows precise positioning and angling of implants before surgery and minimises the risk of complications.
Procedures are performed in Legionowo (Prodental, ul. Zakopiańska 4a) and Warsaw (Club Dent, ul. Ostródzka 89, Białołęka). Legionowo is 25 minutes by car from Warsaw Chopin Airport — excellent access for international patients.

Is All-on-4 cheaper than placing single-tooth implants?
Yes — for patients missing most of their teeth or whose remaining teeth cannot be preserved, All-on-4 is significantly cheaper than rebuilding each tooth individually. Instead of 8–14 single implants and as many crowns, the patient receives one fixed bridge screw-retained to 4 or 6 implants that replaces the entire dental arch. It is not only more economical but also faster — the temporary bridge is placed the same day and the patient leaves the clinic with a full set of teeth.
