I have been conducting training courses for many years. During this time, I have worked with participants from Poland and other countries, at various levels of experience — from recent graduates to seasoned practitioners looking to expand their skills in advanced bone regeneration techniques and full-arch reconstructions. Teaching gives me the opportunity for continuous reflection on my own protocols and their verification through the questions and experiences of participants.
I provide individual and group training in implantology. The courses cover surgical and prosthetic protocols for full-arch reconstructions — All-on-4, All-on-6, and techniques involving pterygoid and zygomatic implants. Training combines a theoretical component with live surgery observation. I work with participants at different experience levels — from dentists beginning their journey with full-arch implantology to experienced surgeons expanding their expertise to more complex cases.
All-on-X Implant Course — Group Training
Group courses are an intensive full arch implant course covering All-on-4 and All-on-6, leading from treatment planning to independent full-arch reconstruction. The programme covers the complete clinical pathway: radiological diagnostics and CBCT-based treatment planning, implant configuration selection (V-configuration, M-configuration, palatal approach), surgical implant placement techniques, full-arch biomechanics, and immediate loading protocols.
The second day focuses on the prosthetic workflow — from digital implant position registration, through material selection for temporary and definitive restorations, to management of surgical and prosthetic complications. The course also includes an introduction to extra-maxillary anchorage — pterygoid implants as an extension of clinical capabilities in cases with significant posterior maxillary bone loss.
This hands-on implant training is designed for dentists who want to begin performing All-on-X procedures in their own practice. Practical workshops on models are included on both training days. Each participant works at an individual station and goes through the key stages of the procedure under direct supervision of the instructors.
The course covers immediate loading protocols. Delivering fixed teeth to the patient on the day of surgery requires not only mastery of the surgical technique, but above all proper organization of the surgical day — coordinating the surgical stage, implant position registration, prosthetic laboratory workflow, and delivery of the temporary restoration within a strictly defined time window. This workflow is one of the key competencies covered in the course — participants learn the complete logistics of the surgical day, from the pre-surgical scan to the delivery of the finished prosthetic work.

Day 2 — Prosthetics and Clinical Workflow
- Soft tissue management
- Selection of prosthetic materials for temporary and definitive restorations
- Immediate loading
- Implant position registration methods — digital and analog
- Long-term prosthetic restoration
- Postoperative patient follow-up protocol
- Clinical case discussions
- Pharmacological preparation and postoperative patient care
- Prosthetic and surgical complications
- Hands-on workshops on models — prosthetics

Full-arch reconstructions with immediate loading — 19-20 June 2026, Warsaw
A two-day course designed for dentists looking to develop their skills in comprehensive rehabilitation of edentulous patients. Hands-on workshops on models on both days.
Instructors: Dr Paweł Sawicki (maxillofacial surgeon) and Dr Agnieszka Sobieraj (prosthodontist)
Day 1: All-on-X — the concept of full-arch reconstruction, radiological diagnostics and treatment planning, navigated alveoloplasty guided by prosthetic design, surgical implant placement techniques, full-arch biomechanics, immediate loading, soft tissue management, clinical case discussions, pharmacological preparation and postoperative care.
Day 2: Pterygoid and zygomatic implants — introduction to extra-maxillary anchoring, selection of prosthetic materials for temporary and definitive restorations, implant position registration methods (digital and analogue), long-term prosthetic restoration, postoperative follow-up protocol, prosthetic and surgical complications.
System: Neodent · Date: 19-20 June 2026 · Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM · Price: PLN 7,000
The Live Surgery course is a separate training format — independent of group courses. Participants observe a complete full-arch reconstruction procedure live: from patient admission, through the entire surgical procedure, digital implant position registration, to delivery of the temporary prosthetic restoration on the same day. It is an opportunity to see the complete clinical workflow in real time — with the operator's commentary at every stage. Live Surgery course dates are announced on Instagram @pawel_sawicki.
One-on-One Implant Mentorship
One-on-one implant mentorship is designed for dentists who have already completed their first full-arch reconstructions and want to deepen their practice. This is not a beginner's course — it is work with a clinician who has already performed their first All-on-4 cases and is looking for answers to specific clinical questions: how to optimise implant positioning, how to handle difficult anatomy, how to reduce operative time, how to improve the predictability of the prosthetic outcome.
Training takes place in the clinic, on real clinical cases, at a pace adapted to the participant. We work on what you need — from planning complex cases in CBCT, through advanced surgical techniques (implant configurations, pterygoid approach, management of severe ridge atrophy), to prosthetic workflow optimisation and complication management.
The number of training days, intensity, and scope are arranged individually. Contact: Instagram @pawel_sawicki.
Full Arch Journey — English-language training platform
I also provide training in English, available on the fullarchjourney.com platform. Full Arch Journey is a comprehensive educational programme focused on full-arch reconstructions, aimed at dentists from different countries who want to develop their All-on-X skills at both foundational and advanced levels.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the All-on-X course for?
The full arch implant course — All-on-4 and All-on-6 hands-on training — is designed for dentists who want to start performing full arch reconstructions in their practice. No prior experience in full arch implantology is required — the program covers the complete pathway from treatment planning to independent procedure execution. Basic implantology knowledge (single implant placement) is expected.
Does the course include hands-on workshops?
Yes. Both training days include hands-on workshops on models. Each participant works at an individual station and goes through the key stages of the surgical and prosthetic procedure under direct supervision of the instructors.
How long is the group course?
The group course runs for two full days — 2 × 8 hours in total. Day one covers the full arch reconstruction concept, prosthetic and surgical planning, surgical techniques, and the fundamentals of extramaxillary anchorage. Day two focuses on material selection for temporary and long-term restorations, immediate loading, complication management, and clinical case discussions.
What is the difference between group and individual training?
The group course is a comprehensive hands-on implant training from the ground up — the full pathway from planning to performing a full arch reconstruction, with workshops on models. One-on-one implant mentorship is designed for dentists who have already completed their first All-on-4 cases and want to address specific clinical challenges: implant positioning in advanced bone atrophy, difficult anatomy, reducing procedure time, improving prosthetic outcome predictability.
What is the Live Surgery course?
The Live Surgery course is a separate training format — independent from group courses. Participants observe the entire full arch reconstruction procedure live: from the complete surgical procedure, through digital implant position registration, to delivery of the temporary prosthetic restoration on the same day. Live Surgery course dates are announced on Instagram @pawel_sawicki.
Which implant system is used during the course?
The June 2026 course is based on the Neodent system (Straumann Group). Planning principles, surgical techniques, and prosthetic protocols discussed during the course are universal and can be applied with other implant systems.
